LGN Associate, Matthew R. Salzwedel, recently appeared on the David Strom Show (The Patriot AM 1280) discussing the Supreme Court nomination of Sonia Sotamayor, the concept of the "Living Constitution," and the case of Ricci v. DeStefano currently before the United States Supreme Court.

LGN Partner Joseph Bruckner elected Chair of the Antitrust Law Section of the Minnesota State Bar Association.

The MSBA Antitrust Law Section is dedicated to enhancing the skills and knowledge of Minnesota lawyers practicing in the field of antitrust and related trade regulation law, and has nearly 200 members.

LGN partner, Karen Riebel recently was elected Secretary of the National Association of Shareholder and Consumer Attorneys (NASCAT). This is a two year position and she will be one of only four officers of the organization. "The National Association of Shareholder and Consumer Attorneys (NASCAT ) is a trade organization and public policy voice for lawyers. Our association is interested in a strong system of federal and state legal protections for investors and consumers.
