LGN partner Charles Nauen is representing 64 Minnesota voters whose absentee ballots were rejected in the 2008 election. The lawsuit, which was filed with the Minnesota Supreme Court on Tuesday, January 13, 2009, is asking that the properly cast ballots be opened and counted. Unlike other actions filed in connection with the contested 2008 Senate race, this suit involves individual voters standing up for their right to have the votes counted.
