The practice group provides assistance to both providers and large volume consumers of technology/telecommunications services in negotiating and drafting contracts, resolving service complaints, analyzing tariffs and other service options and disputing proposals, both regulatory and legislative, adverse to their business interests. Firm attorneys appear before legislatures, regulatory agencies and in court for these clients.
