LGN is co-counsel for the proposed plaintiff class of direct purchasers who allege a conspiracy to restrict output and to fix, raise, maintain or stabilize the prices of Plasma-Derivative Protein Therapies beginning July 1, 2003 to the present. This action is pending in the United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois, Eastern Division before Judge Joan B. Gottschall.

IN RE BLOOD REAGENTS ANTITRUST LITIGATION, ED PENN. CASE NO. 2:09-MD-2081-JD

LGN is co-counsel for the proposed plaintiff class of direct purchasers who allege a conspiracy to artificially fix, raise, maintain and/or stabilize the price of Blood Reagents, substances designed and manufactured to test, match, detect, screen, diagnose and/or otherwise identify certain properties of the cell and serum components of human blood, beginning as earlier as January 1, 2000. KLEEN PRODUCTS LLC, ET AL. V. PACKAGING CORPORATION OF AMERICA, ET AL., ND ILL. CASE NO. 1:10-CV-5711

LGN is co-counsel for the proposed plaintiff class of direct purchasers who allege a conspiracy to impose capacity restraints and to fix, raise, maintain or stabilize the prices of Containerboard Products which include linerboard, corrugated medium, corrugated sheets and corrugated products, including boxes and other containers, from August 2005 to the present. This action is pending in the United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois, Eastern Division before Judge Milton I. Shadur.

IN RE PROCESSED EGG PRODUCTS ANTITRUST LITIGATION, ED PENN. CASE NO. 2:08-MD-2002-GP

LGN is co-counsel for the proposed plaintiff class and subclasses of direct purchasers who allege a conspiracy to control the supply of domestic eggs and to fix, raise, maintain or stabilize the prices at which shell eggs and egg products are sold. This action is pending in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania before Judge Gene E.K. Pratter.

IN RE COMMODITY EXCHANGE, INC., SILVER FUTURES AND OPTIONS TRADING LITIGATION, SD NEW YORK CASE NO. 1:11-MD-2213-RPP

LGN is co-counsel for the proposed plaintiff class of direct purchasers who transacted in COMEX silver futures or options contracts and who allege a conspiracy to suppress and manipulate the price of Commodity Exchange, Inc. (COMEX) silver futures and options contracts beginning on June 1, 2008. This action is pending in the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York before Judge Robert P. Patterson, Jr.

PRECISION ASSOCIATES, INC., ET AL. V. PANALPINA WORLD TRANSPORT (HOLDING) LTD., ET. AL., SD NEW YORK CASE NO. 1:08-CV-42-JG-VVP

LGN is co-lead counsel for the proposed plaintiff class of direct purchasers who allege a conspiracy beginning as early as January 1, 2001 to fix, inflate and maintain new charges or prices for U.S. Freight Forwarding Services which are services relating to the organization of transportation of items via air, ship, rail and truck both nationally and internationally, and that can include related activities such as customs clearance, warehousing and ground services. Providers of such freight forwarding services are sometimes referred to as "third party logistics providers." This action is pending in the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York before Judge John Gleeson.

IN RE AFTERMARKET FILTERS ANTITRUST LITIGATION, ND IL CASE NO. 1:08-CV-4883

LGN is co-counsel for the proposed plaintiff class of direct purchasers who allege a conspiracy to fix, raise, maintain and/or stabilize prices and allocate customers for light duty (i.e. automotive and light truck) oil, air and fuel filters for sale in the market for replacement filters beginning in March 1999. This action is pending in the United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois, Eastern Division before Judge Robert W. Gettleman.

IN RE REFRIGERANT COMPRESSORS ANTITRUST LITIGATION

LGN is co-counsel for the proposed plaintiff class of direct purchasers against defendants for a conspiracy of price-fixing of compressors and compressor products. This action is pending in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan before the Honorable Sean F. Cox.

IN RE WHOLESALE GROCERY PRODUCTS ANTITRUST LITIGATION

LGN is liaison counsel for a proposed plaintiff class of direct purchasers who allege an anticompetitive conspiracy among SuperValu Inc. and C&S Wholesale Grocers, Inc. for their wholesale grocery goods and related services. This action is pending in the United States District Court for the District of Minnesota before the Honorable Ann D. Montgomery.

IN RE CHOCOLATE CONFECTIONARY ANTITRUST LITIGATION

LGN is co-counsel for a proposed plaintiff class of direct purchasers who allege a conspiracy among the largest chocolate manufacturers of price-fixing chocolate bars and other chocolate confectionery products. This action is pending in the United States District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania before the Honorable Christopher C. Conner.

IN RE DIGITAL MUSIC ANTITRUST LITIGATION

LGN is co-counsel for a proposed plaintiff class of direct purchasers who allege a conspiracy regarding the purchases of music sold as digital files via Internet and CDs beginning December 29, 2001 through the present. This action is pending in the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York before the Honorable Loretta A. Preska.

LGN is co-counsel for a proposed plaintiff class of direct purchasers who allege a conspiracy among Portland cement, ready-mix concrete and concrete block manufacturers in the State of Florida from January 2000 to the present. This action is pending in the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida before the Honorable Cecilia M. Altonaga.

IN RE TOMATOES ANTITRUST LITIGATION (FOUR IN ONE CO., INC., ET AL., V. SK FOODS, L.P., ET AL.)

LGN is co-counsel representing a proposed plaintiff class of direct purchasers alleging an anticompetitive conspiracy among manufacturers of processed tomato products for the period of January 2005 through December 2008. This action is pending in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of California before the Honorable Morrison C. England, Jr.

LGN is Co-Lead Counsel for a proposed plaintiff class of direct purchasers of potash who allege an anticompetitive conspiracy among sellers and distributors of potash in the United States. LGN is plaintiffs’ co-counsel in this litigation alleging an antitrust conspiracy by sellers and distributors of aftermarket oil, air, and fuel filters. This case is pending in the United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois before the Honorable Robert Gettleman.

IN RE CATHODE RAY TUBE (CRT) ANTITRUST LITIGATION

LGN is plaintiffs’ co-counsel in this litigation alleging an antitrust conspiracy by producers and sellers of cathode ray tubes ("CRT") and CRT Products in the United States. This litigation is pending in the United States District Court for the Northern District of California before the Honorable Samuel Conti.

IN RE HAWAIIAN AND GUAMANIAN CABOTAGE ANTITRUST LITIGATION

LGN is plaintiffs’ co-counsel in this litigation alleging an antitrust conspiracy to suppress and eliminate competition in the market for coastal water freight transportation services between the United States and Hawaii and Guam. This case is pending in the United States District Court for the Western District of Washington before the Honorable Thomas Zilly.

IN RE PACKAGED ICE ANTITRUST LITIGATION

LGN is plaintiffs’ co-counsel in this litigation alleging an antitrust conspiracy by United States and Canadian producers of packaged ice sold in the United States. This litigation is pending inthe United States District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan before the Honorable Paul Borman.

IN RE PAYMENT CARD INTERCHANGE FEE AND MERCHANT DISCOUNT ANTITRUST LITIGATION

LGN is plaintiffs’ co-counsel in this litigation for a proposed plaintiff class of merchants that have accepted Visa and/or Mastercard Credit and/or Debit Cards in the United States, and who allege an antirust conspiracy among Visa, MasterCard and their member banks regarding the merchant and interchange fees for use of their cards. This litigation is pending in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York before the Honorable John Gleeson.

IN RE PUERTO RICAN CABOTAGE ANTITRUST LITIGATION

LGN is plaintiffs’ co-counsel in this litigation alleging an antitrust conspiracy to suppress and eliminate competition in the market for coastal water freight transportation services between the United States and Puerto Rico.
