Allyson J. Hartle,a Minnesota-based lobbyist with the firm since 1996, has a successful record securing appropriations and advocating positions before the Minnesota legislature, Governor and executive branch agencies. She represents clients on environment, agriculture, transportation, energy and manufacturing as well as general business and tax issues. Ms. Hartle directs the legislative and political strategies for clients including Fortune 500® corporations, associations, local governments and non-profits and guides industry coalitions to successful legislative outcomes. She coordinates with the firm’s Washington, D.C. office on client’s federal relations needs. She is a regular guest lecturer on the legislative process at the University of Minnesota and has a unique ability to communicate highly technical content clearly and concisely to a variety of audiences. Active in politics since college, she is an effective fundraiser for campaigns from local to presidential and frequently is asked to provide strategic counsel. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Hartle served as a Metropolitan Transit Commissioner and held positions in Minnesota’s Departments of Transportation and Administration where she conducted legislative relations and communications. In addition, Ms. Hartle has more than ten years of program management, marketing and public and media relations experience at the University of St. Thomas, Minneapolis Institute of Arts, and Minnesota Museum of Art. Ms. Hartle earned an M.B.A. from the University of St. Thomas and a bachelor’s degree from Hamline University. |
