Experience
Brian Clark focuses his practice in the firm's environmental, antitrust, and business practice groups. He is a 2009 magna cum laude graduate of the University of Minnesota Law School where he was elected Co-Editor-in-Chief of the Minnesota Journal of International Law and was a member of the Order of the Coif. While in law school, Mr. Clark served as a Student Attorney for the Consumer Protection Clinic and interned with the Honorable Judge Patrick J. Schiltz of the United States District Court for the District of Minnesota. Before law school, Mr. Clark was an AmeriCorps volunteer in Alaska.

- Minnesota Public Radio v. Metropolitan Council, No. 62-CV-10-988 (Ramsey Cty. Dist. Ct.). Ongoing representation of regional government entity in litigation regarding mitigation of light rail transit vibration and ground-borne noise.
- 2010 Minnesota Gubernatorial Recount. Represented Governor Mark Dayton's Recount Team during 2010 Gubernatorial Recount.
- Regents of the University of Minnesota v. Metropolitan Council, No. 27-09-23445 (Hennepin Cty. Dist. Ct.). Represented regional government entity in complex environmental litigation involving construction of light rail transit line.
- In re Flat Glass (II) Antitrust Litigation (W.D. Pa.). Represented plaintiffs in complex antitrust class action.
