Experience

Caia V. Johnson practices primarily in the firm's securities and antitrust litigation groups. During law school, Ms. Johnson clerked in the appellate division of the Minnesota Attorney General's Office. Following law school, Ms. Johnson clerked for the Honorable Natalie E. Hudson, Minnesota Court of Appeals, and the Honorable Timothy L. Blakely, First Judicial District Court. She has experience in criminal defense and family law, as well as securities and antitrust litigation.
