Experience

Mr. Leishman practices in the areas of employment litigation, insurance defense, and complex commercial litigation. He has particular experience litigating disputes under Title VII, Section 1983, and ERISA, along with federal and state anti-discrimination and retaliation laws and federal and state contract law.

Mr. Leishman is a member of the Federalist Society for Law and Public Policy Studies and serves as an Editor of Fletcher Files, the Minnesota Law Review Alumni Newsletter. Mr. Leishman attends Church of the Open Door in Maple Grove, where he lives with his wife and three children. Mr. Leishman coaches in the Osseo-Maple Grove Hockey Association and the Plymouth Soccer Association.
