David J. Zoll practices primarily in environmental law and complex commercial litigation. Mr. Zoll represents clients from the private, government, and non-profit sectors in enforcement, litigation and rule making proceedings under the National Environmental Policy Act, the Clean Air Act, the Clean Water Act and other environmental laws. Mr. Zoll also represents a wide variety of clients in commercial litigation in both state and federal courts. Mr. Zoll currently serves on the Governing Council of the Minnesota State Bar Association’s Environmental, Natural Resources and Energy Law Section Council. He also serves as the Newsletter Vice Chair for the American Bar Association’s Committee of Energy and Natural Resources Litigation. Mr. Zoll is a 2003 cum laude graduate of the University of Minnesota Law School where he served as a director of the school’s environmental law moot court. He graduated with honors and distinction from Iowa State University where he majored in psychology with a minor in environmental studies.
