Ms. Odette focuses her practice on antitrust, product liability, securities, and class action litigation. She has particular experience in antitrust discovery and issues as well as product liability expert issues such as FDA compliance for drug manufacturers.

Ms. Odette is a member of the Minnesota Chapter of the Federal Bar Association; Hennepin County Bar Association; Minnesota Bar Association, participating in the Antitrust Section; and the American Bar Association, participating in the Antitrust Section and the Young Lawyers Division. She is also a member of the Minnesota Women Lawyers Association.

Civic Associations

Ms. Odette is an active member of the Minneapolis Downtown Kiwanis Club. She is a Past-President and will attend the International Convention in New Orleans in 2012 as a delegate for the Club. She also is a member of the Minneapolis Kiwanis Foundation Board serving as Secretary and Chair of the Grant Committee overseeing the distribution of over $60,000 in grants and scholarships each year.

Ms. Odette also serves on the Program Committee of the University of St. Thomas School of Law Alumni Board.
