Gregory J. Myers |
Gregory J. Myers mainly practices commercial litigation in federal and state court. He has litigated contract disputes, ERISA matters, employment disputes, Fair Credit Reporting Act claims and securities actions. He also has successfully represented doctors in litigation and privileging disputes and has helped represent plaintiffs and defendants in multimillion dollar class litigation on a national scale. Mr. Myers is a 1998 magna cum laude graduate of William Mitchell College of Law, where he served as a staff member and associate editor for the William Mitchell Law Review. He formerly worked as a professional journalist for newspapers and other publications in Minneapolis, Milwaukee, Rhode Island, Missouri and the Middle East. He received his journalism degree from Marquette University and is an adjunct professor of legal writing at William Mitchell College of Law. Mr. Myers is a member of the Federal Bar Association. He is chair of the firm's pro bono committee.
