Gregg M. Fishbein |
Gregg M. Fishbein, a partner in the firm, is a 1989 graduate (with honors, Order of the Coif) of Drake University Law School. He graduated from the University of Northern Iowa (B.A., Accounting) in 1986 and is a Certified Public Accountant. In 1989, he was admitted to practice before the Minnesota state courts, the U.S. District Court, District of Minnesota and the U.S. Tax Court. In 1995, Mr. Fishbein was admitted to the bar for the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit. He is a member of the American Bar Association, Minnesota State Bar Association and Hennepin County Bar Association. Since joining the firm as an associate in July 1994, Mr. Fishbein has specialized in class action and other complex commercial litigation.
