Henri G. Minette is a cum laude graduate of the University of Minnesota Law School, where he was a member of the Minnesota Law Review. Mr. Minette also holds a masters of public health degree in health care administration and planning and a certificate in urban planning. Mr. Minette practices in the areas of health care and corporate law and regularly advises the firm's health care clients on partnership and employment agreements, as well as compliance with federal and state regulations governing health care providers.
