Henri G. Minette, a partner in the firm, is a 1991 cum laude graduate of the University of Minnesota Law School, where he was a member and Note and Comment Editor of the Minnesota Law Review. Mr. Minette also holds a Masters of Public Health degree in health care administration and planning and a Certificate in urban planning. Prior to becoming an attorney, Mr. Minette worked for 10 years in the health care industry, including serving as Vice-President of Planning for Iowa Methodist Health System, Des Moines, Iowa, and as a board member of Dallas County Hospital, Inc., Perry, Iowa. He regularly advises the firm’s clients on business structuring, contracting, employment matters and transactions, as well as compliance with state and federal laws and regulations including FMLA, HIPAA, EMTALA, licensing, Medicare fraud and abuse, the Stark law, reimbursement, medical records and antitrust matters. Mr. Minette is a co-author of the American Health Lawyers Association Health Law Practice Guide.
