Heather N. Potteiger is a 1999 graduate of Minnesota School of Business where she obtained her paralegal degree with high honors. She is also a graduate of Rochester Community and Technical College where she obtained an Administrative Assistant AAS degree in 1998.

Ms. Potteiger has more than ten years of experience as a paralegal in the area of complex litigation, specializing in antitrust and employment litigation. She has experience working with cases venued in many federal courts and through the Multi-District Litigation Panel. Ms. Potteiger has organized voluminous document productions of millions of pages, organized and structured an electronic online discovery repository, prepared attorneys for depositions, hearings, mediations, and settlements.

Ms. Potteiger was involved in the electronic case filing seminars and training sessions conducted by the United States District Court, District of Minnesota. She has extensive knowledge of electronic case management and electronic case filing databases throughout the country in many federal courts.
