Lisa M. Pollard is a 1997 graduate of the Fordham University School of Law where she was Managing Editor of the Fordham Intellectual Property, Media and Entertainment Law Journal. Ms. Pollard is a 1994 graduate from Cornell University where she received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Consumer Economics. Ms. Pollard's employment history includes working in the New York State Attorney General's office prosecuting white collar crime, including environmental, insurance and securities fraud, as well as extensive intellectual property litigation and trial experience in private practice. Ms. Pollard practices in the firm's complex and class action litigation group with a focus on securities litigation. She is admitted to practice in the state of New York, and federally in the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York.
