Matthew S. Krohn practices with the firm's securities and antitrust groups. He is a 2004 graduate of William Mitchell College of Law where he was awarded a CALI Award for Commercial Transactions (U.C.C. Art. 2), and is a 2000 graduate of Concordia University where he received a Bachelor of Arts degree in I.T. Management. Before practicing law, Mr. Krohn worked in the I.T. field for 8 years. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Krohn was an Assistant City Attorney for St. Peter, MN and had a successful solo practice with emphasis on contracts, business and technology.
