Nathan D. Prosser practices in the firm's complex and class action litigation group with a focus on securities litigation. He graduated from the University of North Dakota School of Law where he was Associate Editor of the University of North Dakota Law Review. He is a 1997 graduate of Concordia College in Moorhead, Minnesota. Before joining the firm, Mr. Prosser served as an assistant county attorney in Le Sueur County and clerked for the Honorable Karen Braaten of the North Dakota Northeast Central District Court. He is a member of the Minnesota State, Hennepin County and the Federal Bar Associations.
