Richard A. Lockridge, partner, heads the firm's securities and antitrust practices. He is a 1974 honors graduate of the University of Iowa Law School and a former Minnesota Assistant Attorney General. He also was a law clerk to the Honorable Myron H. Bright of the U.S. Eighth Circuit Court of Appeals. During the past twenty-five years, Mr. Lockridge has been continuously active in commercial litigation, focusing his practice on securities and antitrust litigation. As just one example of his outstanding service to shareholders, Mr. Lockridge was lead counsel in the In Re Piper Funds, Inc. Institutional Government Income Portfolio Litigation, a securities case in which the firm recovered $70 million for a class of persons who purchased shares in the Piper Jaffray Institutional Government Income Portfolio.
