Robert K. Shelquist, a partner in the firm, is a trial attorney who practices in the areas of product liability, commercial litigation, securities, environmental law and antitrust. Much of Mr. Shelquist's plaintiff practice consists of complex litigation, consumer fraud, and securities, and he has defended actions involving claims of product liability, toxic torts and contracts. A 1987 graduate of the University of California at Berkeley with a double major in legal studies and political science, with high honors, Mr. Shelquist was elected to the Golden Key Society. He received his J.D. degree from the University of Minnesota Law School, cum laude, in 1990.
