R. Reid LeBeau II is an attorney and a lobbyist based in Minnesota. He focuses on American Indian Law, Election Law, Campaign Finance Law and General Litigation. Prior to joining the firm, he interned for the Governor of South Dakota, was a law clerk for the Hennepin County Attorney's Office, and was a lobbyist with Hennepin County Intergovernmental Relations. Mr. LeBeau has worked on various political campaigns in Minnesota and South Dakota. A native of Pierre, South Dakota, he is an enrolled member of the Cheyenne River Sioux Tribe. Before receiving his B.A. from the University of Minnesota, Morris in 2002, LeBeau was selected as the Harry S. Truman Scholar from South Dakota. In 2005, he served as Lieutenant Governor of Legislative Affairs for the American Bar Association Law Student Division – Eighth Circuit. Mr. LeBeau graduated from the University of Minnesota Law School, cum laude, in 2005. While attending law school he received the Royal Stone scholarship and the Book Award for Water Law studies. Mr. LeBeau is active in the community and currently serves as the Treasurer of the Indian Health Board of Minneapolis.
