Experience

Mr. Moriarity is skilled in sophisticated business litigation, offering cross-disciplinary expertise in intellectual property, labor and employment law, and antitrust and unfair competition. While clerking in the chambers of Magistrate Judge Jeanne Graham, Mr. Moriarity also developed expertise in electronic discovery, evaluating data and privacy practices and assessing complex information systems.

Mr. Moriarity is a cum laude graduate of William Mitchell College of Law, where he was an articles editor and contributor to the William Mitchell Law Review. He is an active member of the Federal Bar Association, and recently served as editor of the Federal Bar Association IP Browser, the newsletter of its Intellectual Property Section.
