William A. Gengler, a partner with the firm, practices in environmental law and complex commercial litigation. Mr. Gengler has represented clients in actions involving the Clean Water Act, Superfund and solid waste disposal. He has also represented both plaintiffs and defendants in class action litigation. He received his law degree, cum laude, from William Mitchell College of Law in 1990, master's degree, with honors, from Ohio University in 1977 and bachelor's degree, magna cum laude, from Augustana College in 1976.
