W. Joseph Bruckner, a partner in the firm, leads the firm's antitrust law practice and practices extensively in commercial litigation in federal and state courts nationwide. Mr. Bruckner is co-chair of the Antitrust Section of the Minnesota State Bar Association, and has been named one of Minnesota's Super Lawyers in a peer review list of leading Minnesota attorneys. Mr. Bruckner graduated cum laude from the Creighton University School of Law in 1982, and was editor-in-chief of the Creighton Law Review. From 1982 to 1983 he was a Law Clerk to the Honorable Donald P. Lay, then Chief Judge of the United States Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit. Mr. Bruckner is admitted to practice before the United States Supreme Court, the United States Courts of Appeals for the Eighth, Sixth, and Third Circuits, and district courts across the country. He is a member of the Hennepin County, Nebraska State, Minnesota State, and American Bar Associations. He is a member of the national and Minnesota chapters of the Federal Bar Association, and the ABA's Antitrust and Litigation Sections. He is the Secretary-Treasurer of the Minnesota State Bar Association Antitrust Law Section Governing Council for the 2007-2008 term. |
