Kailey Mrosak practices in the firm’s antitrust and business litigation groups. Prior to joining LGN she represented asylum seekers before the asylum office and immigration court at The Advocates for Human Rights. Kailey graduated from the University of Virginia School of Law in 2018 where she served as an editor for the Virginia Journal of International Law and as treasurer for If/When/How. During law school, Kailey completed over 200 hours of pro bono service for local and international nonprofit organizations. Her past legal experience includes international environmental law, business and human rights, and land tenure policy.
