Michael Hurd is a law clerk at Lockridge Grindal Nauen. He is a rising 3L at the University of St. Thomas School of Law.
Michael previously clerked in both private and public criminal defense, and he worked as a legal writing fellow this past school year. He currently serves as editor-in-chief of the University of St. Thomas Law Journal. He has received Dean’s Awards for the highest grade in his class in legal writing, constitutional law, and criminal law.
Michael completed his Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of South Dakota in 2023 with a major in economics.
