Jaxon Alston is a third-year law student at the University of Minnesota Law School. He earned a B.A. in Political Science and International Relations from Carleton College in 2023.

Jaxon previously served as a litigation intern with Everytown Law in New York City, externed for the Honorable Judge Bruce Manning, and worked as an antitrust law clerk for the Minnesota Attorney General’s Office. He aspires to become a litigator and is eager to assist LGN on complex and impactful plaintiff-side matters.

Jaxon has a strong interest in antitrust and environmental law and continues to explore additional practice areas as he develops his litigation skills. He is actively involved in his law school community, serving as Editor-in-Chief of Volume 44 of the Minnesota Journal of Law and Inequality and as Student Director of the University of Minnesota’s Gun Violence Prevention Clinic.
