Yifei Cheng is a law clerk at Lockridge Grindal Nauen. He is a rising 2L at the University of Minnesota Law School, where he serves as an admissions ambassador. Starting Fall 2026, Yifei will work as a Minnesota Law Review staff member and a student instructor for the Legal Research and Writing course.

Yifei graduated from Pomona College in 2024 with a B.A. in economics and politics. Before entering law school, he had experience working as a research assistant, economics teaching assistant, writing center instructor, and finance intern.
