Joe Bourne Named to Plaintiffs’ Steering Committee in CoStar Group Antitrust Litigation

We are pleased to announce that LGN partner Joe Bourne has been named to the plaintiffs’ steering committee in the In re CoStar Group, Inc., Antitrust Litigation.

This national antitrust action alleges that CoStar has unlawfully monopolized the markets for internet commercial real estate listing and information services throughout the United States. The plaintiffs allege that CoStar’s anticompetitive conduct caused commercial real estate brokers and other market participants to pay too much for internet commercial real estate listing or information services.
