LGN partner Dave Zoll spoke to the over 200 attendees of the Minnesota Environmental Institute on April 11th. Citing projects ranging from animal feedlots to petroleum pipelines, his session analyzed the year’s most important developments in environmental review and environmental rights related to the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA), Minnesota Environmental Policy Act (MEPA) and Minnesota Environmental Rights Act (MERA).
