Overview
Harry E. Gallaher, managing partner of the firm, practices in the areas of business law, real estate, and environmental compliance. Mr. Gallaher counsels the firm’s business and corporate clients in a wide range of areas, including, corporate formulation, acquisitions, divestiture and governance, joint ventures, succession and changes in corporate form, contracts and licensing. He also represents the firm’s client on commercial and industrial development matters, land use planning, condemnation, and property acquisition, sale and leasing transactions. His environmental compliance practice is focused on environmental review processes, site remediation and clean-up, and facility audits. He has served as a court-appointed condemnation commissioner in Hennepin County, Minnesota. His clients include privately and publicly held businesses, Indian tribes, local government entities, and individuals.
