Justin Erickson practices primarily in the firm’s antitrust department, where he participates in complex Business Litigation in state and federal courts. Prior to joining Lockridge Grindal Nauen P.L.L.P., he served as an Assistant Attorney General, where he represented the State of Minnesota in numerous enforcement actions, investigated allegations of anticompetitive conduct, and advised state agencies on antitrust compliance procedures. He also served as a law clerk to Judge Mary Yunker of the Sherburne County District Court, then-Judge Natalie Hudson of the Minnesota Court of Appeals, and U.S. Magistrate Judge Tony Leung of the United States District Court for the District of Minnesota.

Justin is a 2013 magna cum laude graduate of the University of Minnesota Law School, where he served as a Clinic Director for the Immigration and Human Rights Clinic and was elected Lead Articles Editor of the Minnesota Journal of International Law. He currently teaches first year legal writing at the University of Minnesota.
