Bryan Plaster is an associate at Lockridge Grindal Nauen, where his practice focuses on antitrust law. Bryan is an experienced civil litigator and has dedicated his career to fighting on behalf of consumers and businesses who have been wronged by illicit corporate conduct. Prior to joining LGN, he represented consumers across the country who had fallen victim to illegal practices by credit reporting agencies, banks, and debt collectors. Leveraging a deep knowledge of the applicable law, along with skills in motion practice, depositions, and negotiation, he successfully recovered millions of dollars in damages for his clients. Bryan also spent time in the in-house legal department of a multinational manufacturing company, reviewing and negotiating NDAs, purchase agreements, and handling other corporate legal matters.
Bryan graduated from the University of Minnesota Law School in 2021. In law school, he represented individual consumers in a variety of matters in the Consumer Protection Clinic and volunteered at a non-profit criminal defense firm. He also competed on the Minnesota Law’s National Energy & Sustainability Moot Court Competition team. Prior to law school, he spent several years in the technology industry, rising to a leadership role in a large health care startup.
Bryan maintains an active pro bono practice, representing several individuals in habeas actions during Operation Metro Surge. He has also previously served as a Volunteer Attorney at Tubman, assisting victims of domestic violence obtain orders for protection.
