Jacob practices in the firm’s privacy, cybersecurity, and data breach litigation department and has experience representing individuals, small businesses, and national companies in diverse kinds of litigation. Jacob has first-chair experience in all stages of litigation, from pre-litigation negotiations, through trial and appeals. Jacob now focuses on representing individuals and small businesses individually and in class actions to protect their rights and information. Jacob graduated from the University of Minnesota Law School in 2020. During law school he was a managing director of the Civil Rights/Civil Liberties Moot Court, was a member of the Law Council, and served as a student attorney in multiple clinics. After graduating from law school, Jacob has practiced in broad areas of law, including mass torts, employment, construction, and trusts and estates, always as a litigator. Jacob has been included in the Best Lawyers Ones to Watch list for his experience in real estate litigation.
