Jessica N. Servais is a partner in Lockridge Grindal Nauen’s antitrust and class action practice. She represents businesses, institutions, and consumers in complex litigation, with an emphasis on antitrust cases involving domestic and international cartels. She currently serves or has served on co-lead counsel teams in major antitrust litigation, including In re Granulated Sugar Antitrust Litigation, MDL No. 3110, No. 24-md-03110 (D. Minn.) (co-lead counsel for commercial indirect purchaser plaintiffs alleging price-fixing of granulated sugar); In re Frozen Potato Products Antitrust Litigation, No. 1:24-cv-11801 (N.D. Ill.) (co-lead counsel for direct purchaser plaintiffs alleging price-fixing of frozen potato products) and on the Plaintiffs’ Steering Committee in In re Archery Products Antitrust Litigation, MDL No. 3160, No. 1:25-md-03160 (D. Colo.) (multidistrict litigation alleging price-fixing of archery products). She is also one of the attorneys representing end-payor plaintiffs in In re Generic Pharmaceuticals Pricing Antitrust Litigation, MDL No. 2724, No. 16-MD-2724 (E.D. Pa.)

Ms. Servais has extensive experience in the adversarial process, including directing discovery, motion practice, witness examination, expert management, and class certification. She has written and presented on antitrust issues related to expert analysis, class certification, and arbitration.
She is active in pro bono representation through the Volunteer Lawyers’ Network and is a past member of the Minnesota State Bar Association’s Antitrust Law Section Council. Ms. Servais currently serves as Vice Chair of the Committee to Support the Antitrust Laws (COSAL)’s Attorney General Outreach Committee.
Ms. Servais is a graduate of Macalester College and the University of Minnesota Law School. Prior to entering private practice, she clerked for the United States District Court, District of Minnesota for the Honorable Michael J. Davis.
