Elizabeth Odette talks Rule of Reason at ABA Joint Conduct 101 Panel

LGN Partner Elizabeth Odette participated in a panel as part of the American Bar Association’s Joint Conduct 101 series which aims to introduce more junior lawyers to key concepts in the joint conduct space. Elizabeth Odette led the Rule of Reason portion of the panel, which also focused on Quick look and Truncated analysis.

Ms. Odette focuses her practice on antitrust, product liability, consumer, and class action litigation. She has particular experience in antitrust discovery disputes, third party discovery, expert issues, trial management, and evidentiary issues.
