Lockridge Grindal Nauen named a Best Law Firm For Women by Working Mother for Second Consecutive Year

Along with my Partners at Lockridge Grindal Nauen, I am proud to announce Working Mother has named our firm among its “Best Law Firms for Women” for 2020, the second consecutive year the firm has received this honor.

This recognition, given to only 60 firms throughout the country, signifies that LGN is a firm that uses best practices to recruit, retain, promote, and develop women attorneys. To determine which firms are included in the list, the Working Mother Research Institute considers attorney demographics at different levels, schedule flexibility, paid time off and parental leaves, and development and retention of women.

I wanted to share a quote from Subha V. Barry, president of Working Mother Media, about the unique factors weighed during consideration to be among the Best Law Firms for Women this year:

We are proud that this latest recognition is one of several Lockridge Grindal Nauen and the firm’s women attorneys have received in recent months. Earlier this year, three of the firm’s women partners were named among the Top 50 Women Super Lawyers in Minnesota. Two were also named Top 100 Minnesota Super Lawyers.
