Kate Baxter-Kauf Featured Panelist at Working Group 11 Sedona Conference

LGN Partner Kate Baxter-Kauf recently served as a featured panelist at the 2026 Annual Meeting of Working Group 11 (WG11) on Data Security and Privacy Liability hosted by The Sedona Conference, held in May at the Shook, Hardy & Bacon offices in Kansas City.
Kate was featured during two important sessions: “Commentary on Application of Attorney-Client Privilege in the Cybersecurity Context, Second Edition,” which explored emerging case law and evolving issues surrounding privilege, cybersecurity communications, and cyber-incident response; and the WG11 “Town Hall,” focused on the future direction and ongoing work of the group’s complex litigation and class action initiatives. Kate has long served as the drafting team leader of Attorney-Client privilege paper, which is now out for member comment on the Sedona Conference Website.
Kate is an active member of WG11 and also recently completed a 3-year service term on the Steering Committee, and has been asked to serve an extra year on the Steering Committee.
