We were proud to sponsor this year’s Night for Nexus fundraiser, supporting Nexus Family Healing and their mission to strengthen families and restore hope for youth across our communities. LGN Government Relations team members Jessica Lindeen, Dan Pollock, and Jasmine Epps-Flowers were happy to attend the eventful evening.

For more than 50 years, Nexus Family Healing has provided comprehensive mental and behavioral health services, helping children and families navigate challenges, build resilience, and thrive. It was a meaningful evening celebrating the people and programs that create real, lasting change. Thank you to everyone who helped make the event such a success.

Pollock Featured on Beats, Rhymes, and Democracy Radio Program

LGN attorney and State Government Relations team member Dan Pollock was a featured guest on the “Beats, Rhymes and Democracy” radio program on 90.3 FM – KFAI. Dan was the featured guest during the show’s first segment as he discussed the DFL State convention and the upcoming legislative election races.

The popular radio program is billed as “an in-depth examination of the current situation as seen through the lens of the hip-hop experience.” It features radio DJs: JSE The Navigator, Da DonData, and DJ Essence.

Lockridge Grindal Nauen (LGN) is pleased to announce that Daniel L. Pollock will be joining the firm’s state government relations team in early August.

Mr. Pollock, a highly-regarded health and human services policy professional with 15 years of experience in state government, has served in high-ranking positions in both the executive branch and legislative branch.

He has served as the Assistant Commissioner of Continuing Care for Older Adults at the Minnesota Department of Human Services, Deputy Commissioner at the Minnesota Department of Health, Executive Assistant to the Minnesota House Majority Leader, Policy Advisor to Governor Mark Dayton, Legislative Director for the Minnesota Department of Human Services, and the Committee Administrator for the Minnesota House Health Finance Committee.
