LGN Attorneys take leadership role on Minnesota State Bar Association Antitrust Council

Anna Horning Nygren and Brian Clark were re-elected to the Minnesota State Bar Association’s Antitrust Council at the Antitrust Section’s annual meeting on May 23, 2018.

Craig Davis is completing his year as past chair of MSBA’s Antitrust Section, and was elected as an emeritus member of the Antitrust Council. He joins Joe Bruckner and Heidi Silton as emeritus members. Craig Davis also presented to the annual meeting on recent developments in class actions as part of a continuing legal education panel on “Antitrust Year in Review.”

Kristen Marttila and Craig Davis contributed to American Bar Association Antitrust Section’s book, 2017 Annual Review of Antitrust Developments, which the ABA recently published.
