LGN partner Yvonne Flaherty spoke earlier this month as part of the American Association for Justice’s (AAJ) Mass Tort Best Practices Seminar in Boston, MA. Her session, entitled Mass Torts for the Masses, provided an overview of current mass tort cases and what attorneys can expect from these types of cases.

LGN Partner Yvonne Flaherty will speak on a panel at HarrisMartin’s Women’s Health Litigation Conference on June 16th. The panel, Applying Lessons Learned from Transvaginal Mesh to Hernia Mesh will examine recent Mesh Litigation cases for best practices and lessons learned.
